Grant Description

CHSD will support the GOT's Health Sector Strategic Plan (HSSP) IV Strategic Objective to deliver an integrated package of essential services in communities and health facilities, applying evidence-based, efficient channels of service delivery " and the HSSP IV objective to focus on geographic areas with higher disease burden." It aims to enhance the impact of USG assistance by focusing resources on geographic areas with the greatest disease burden and streamlining USG interventions through integration of services.
