Grant Description

YMEP2 will monitor the progress of activities, report outcomes, and evaluate effectiveness of programs vis-a-vis development objectives specified in USAID's Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS) for 2014 -2016 and the subsequent strategy.

The scope of services to be performed includes overall program performance analyses, project and activity-level performance monitoring and evaluation services, as well as prerequisite planning, systems development and management, training and orientation, and outreach and communications support services.

Services are to be provided in collaboration with USAID/Yemen program implementing partners.

The objective is to advance collaboration and learning that will impact future programming as much as drive necessary adaptations in response to a highly complex and often restrictive operating environment.
