Grant Description
In this complex and difficult environment, we are supporting USAIDs work to improve the lives of Malians by providing a suite of demand-driven monitoring, evaluation and analytical services as part of the Mali M&E Platform project. These services provide the evidence base for important programming decisions across a $600 million portfolio.
In addition to designing and implementing evaluations that help determine the factors that contribute to a projects success or failure, we also help USAID monitor its numerous projects in areas that are inaccessible to USAID staff, thus providing an important proxy for face-to-face oversight.
