Grant Description

The ultimate aim of SCOPE is to improve literacy outcomes for students in the first three years of primary school.

In support of this goal, SCOPE will increase the capacity of school leadership to support parents as they support their young readers, in a partnership that is characterized by supportive relationships, high expectations, parental involvement, and prioritization of reading skills development.
