SERVIR and Climate Services Support Activity (SERVIR Support) project

The SERVIR Support project builds on the SERVIR Demand project, implemented from 2012-2015, and aims to contribute to the overarching goal of the SERVIR Global program to improve environmental management and resilience to climate change.

In support of these objectives, SERVIR Support seeks to improve USAIDs communication of program results and impacts, facilitate delivery of SERVIR products and service, and provide technical assistance to hubs and in-region partners.

Deliverables include a cutting edge approach to communication of SERVIR science application achievements, advanced online systems for the dissemination of SERVIR data, knowledge and services, and the enhancement of SERVIR network capacity at the global and hub levels.

The program will also support Climate Services for Resilient Development (CSRD), which is a partnership that will rely upon the strengths and resources of public, private, and multilateral institutions, philanthropic and non-governmental organizations, as well as of academic communities in order to create a replicable model for using climate data and information for resilient development.
