ERSA aims to increase access to quality education and livelihood opportunities for out-of-school children and youth in target areas.
The expected results are: (i) Expanded access to literacy, numeracy, and life skills opportunities for out-of-school children 9-14-years of age; (ii) Improved basic literacy, numeracy, and life skills for out-of-school youth 15-24-years of age in pursuit of vocational training; (iii) Improved vocational skills and entrepreneurship capabilities and employability for out-of-school youth 15-24-years of age.
This activity intends to support 10,500 out-of-school children and youth; rehabilitate 150 schools and 15 Functional Literacy centers; establish 290 Accelerated Learning Programs; and improve entrepreneurship and workforce readiness skills of 2,608 youth.
