USAIDs Morbidity Management and Disability Prevention (MMDP) Project, implemented by Hellen Keller International (HKI), aims to help countries meet elimination targets for trachoma and lymphatic filariasis (LF) and alleviate the suffering and debilitating effects of these diseases.

The project works in a subset of countries supported by USAIDs Neglected Tropical Disease (NTD) Program (Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, and Cameroon) to develop tools and best practices for the provision and access to MMDP services.
