Communicate for Health (C4H) supports long-term social and behavior change to achieve better health outcomes for Ghanaians.
The project implements evidence-based, theory-informed social and behavior change communication campaigns in the following areas: family planning; nutrition; maternal and child health; malaria prevention and treatment; HIV/AIDS; and water, sanitation and hygiene.
In addition, the project seeks to strengthen the capacity of the Health Promotion Department of Ghana Health Service to design, develop and implement social and behavior change communications campaigns.
