Travel grant 2024 Brazil, Matchmaking, Ignite

Purpose and goal:

We are participating with a Swedish delegation of startups to Brazil to take part in activities connected to exploring Brazil as a potential market for our company. The program contains lectures, inspirational lectures, introductions to various actors and an in-depth matchmaking with large companies. We are hoping to make contact with companies in the mining and pulp industries that have problems with heavy metal emissions so that we can explore doing development/innovation project together.

Expected results and effects:

We hope to connect with companies in the mining and pulp and paper industries that have problems with heavy metal emissions and make a personal connection with them so that we can explore the possibilities of doing development/innovation project together.

Approach and implementation:

1. Travel to Brazil

2. Participate in:

- talk about the market and what challenges and opportunities exist

- inspirational lectures from other Swedish companies that have established themselves in Brazil

- introductions to various actors within, among other things, soft landing and investments

- finally, an in-depth matchmaking with large companies to explore the possibilities of setting up an innovation project with them

3. Travel home from Brazil
