Travel grant 2024 Singapore, Healthcare Innovation Delegation to Singapore, November 19-21

Purpose and goal: Acorai is a medical technology company focused on non-invasive heart pressure sensing for

improved heart failure management. The goal for Healthcare Innovation Delegation to Singapore is to increase Acorai´s presence in Singapore and the region, create contacts for future collaborations in product development, clinical studies and commercialization. We also aim to improve our understanding of the health system in Singapore for future expansion into the region.

Expected results and effects:

The results of the trip are expected to be an increased presence in Singapore and the region, new contacts for future collaborations and a better understanding of the healthcare system in Singapore. A few weeks before the trip, Acorai will be part of the Slingshot Top 50 during the SWITCH week. During the Delegationen, we will be able to revisit contacts from Slingshot and discuss potential future collaborations, which will also be an effect of the Delegation.

Approach and implementation: During the Healthcare Innovation Delegation to Singapore, Acorai will be represented

by Dan Vikström (Finance Manager). Dan has been involved in Acorai since the early stages of Acorai´s development, and has previous experience in delegations (e.g. SISP the Sweden Korea Innovation Exchange delegation).

The trip will include the full schedule planned by Business Sweden, Vinnova and Swecare during the delegation, as well as extra activities (e.g. meetings with previous contacts).
