Smart Room Hub International

Purpose and goal:

The goal of the project is to submit a competitive proposal to the first the call for proposals within Eureka Eurostars in 2025 and establish a transnational partnership.

The main project involves developing the product prototype for demonstration, demonstration activity, business and market adaptation and preparation for international launch. The main project aims at positive climate effects through advanced technology development (with digitalization and AI) and international cooperation.

Expected results and effects:

That we get our proposal granted funding and that we can start a transnational collaboration with partners in the markets of Finland, Spain and Singapore.

Develop relationships and knowledge exchange with aim to investigate and clarify technical prerequisites for implementation and further development of our innovation in selected markets, market adaptation level of the solution´s value creation, market approach and market prerequisites. The project is carried out in three work packages. These are: 1 Partner engagement and consortium agreement 2 Project planning 3 Write and submit proposal

The project starts as soon as the proposal is approved and continues until the proposal is submitted to Eurostars which is expected to be by the end of March 2025.
