Purpose and goal:

Writing of the Ligna Energy application as well as the submission work itself is the key part and purpose of the project - matching the application to all expected elements of the call "a innovative, game changing product/service/businessmodel that could create new markets or disrupt existing ones in EU/WW, including scale up".

The key is to understand and properly describe: Uniqueness of the Innovation, the Business case and connected Financial plan aspects. Expected results and effects: Better quality of proposal Greater chance of success with the company´s funding Faster scale-up to profitable activities Faster impact for sustainable electronics and large secondary effects on the climate

An in-depth business plan for the company Approach and implementation: WP 1: Innovation and Uniqueness Delivery: Competitor analysis report. Updated IP strategy. WP 2: Business case and Financial plan Delivery: Market study report, Business case presentation and Financial plan (excel/graphics). WP 3: Application Writing

Delivery: Full Application form, Appendices. WP 4: Submission and Pitch

Delivery: Filed Stage 2 application (including all required appendices). Iteration with EIC. Preparation of pitching (in case of transfer to Stage 3).
