STRIDE - Secure and Resilient Infrastructure for Digital Enterprises

Purpose and goal:

The project aims to support industry in understanding and defining their long-term digital infrastructure needs. The project’s objectives therefore are to define a guiding framework and service based on real industry use cases to develop requirements for corresponding digital infrastructure. Expected results and effects:

Project results will form a basis of a service and underlying methods to help industry companies identify their digital infrastructure needs in light of their respective operations and ambitions. Future work on the service and methods shall help adopt the approach to wider number of use cases and industry domains.

Approach and implementation:

The project takes a use case oriented approach, employing methodologies from User Centered Design approaches to map needs of the digital enterprises (industrial) starting from a non-technical and human centric perspective. Data will be collected using techniques like interviews and focus groups with relevant stakeholders. Analysis phase will extract the organizational and user needs from the data to define the basis for a requirements definition for corresponding digital infrastructure.
