Grant Description
Purpose and goal:
The goal of this project is to utilize expertise from MSCA Kollega within MG Sustainable Engineering AB activities. MG Sustainable Engineering AB is committed to developing energy-efficient and non-polluting solutions to contribute to Agenda 2030 and the SDGs. The project aims to integrate the colleague into our team and the Swedish community through various social activities, events, and workshops. We aim to retain the colleague as a valuable member of our team beyond the project´s duration.
Expected results and effects:
With extensive expertise in quantum computing, quantum chemistry, and high-performance computing the fellow will provide valuable contributions to the development of assistive technologies and create innovative solutions aligned with MG’s work activities and goals. Furthermore, with improved skills, and knowledge the Fellow will be able to lead proposal development and successful project coordination. Social events and workshops will expand his network with other professionals.
Approach and implementation:
Planned structure:
M1: (i) learning about ongoing MG projects and activities, (ii) learning about proposal writing and application submission for the EU/local funds.
M2-M6: (i) leading proposal development which includes consortium building, concept developing, budget forming, and submission; (ii) within knowledge and expertise contributing to ongoing EU-funded project Spectrum.
During 6 months Werner will participate in workshops & conferences as well as MG team-building social activities.
