Infrastructure for Civil-military synergies Nord

Purpose and goal:

Arctic Business, with our regional and national partners, will give suggestions on how to create a national infrastructure of organizations with networks, resources and competences to achieve an effective interaction between civil and defence-oriented innovation environments and defense authorities.

We will describe a model & strategy for a national innovation support infrastructure for civil-military synergies, which includes our own organization´s role and resource needs. Expected results and effects:

A proposal for a national model and also our organization´s role and resource needs in this both in a first step to develop this and then maintain it. All to provide a national increased effect around an effective interaction between civil and defense-oriented innovation environments and defense authorities

Approach and implementation:

Stakeholders and representatives of selected sectors are identified and prioritized (AP1). Then these will be in-depth interviewed individually and workshops will be held (AP2). At the same time, we will have dialogue with our owners/stakeholders to identify and anchor potential role/resources in the realization of the model & strategy (AP3). Compile this with the goal of sketching a target image/model for a national infrastructure 5-15-years ahead and presented as project results (AP4).
