The innovation support system in Värmland consists of 145 sharp resources who have cutting-edge knowledge in important areas such as tech and AI, cyber security, preparedness, risk, etc., bioeconomy as part of the green transition, energy solutions for the future, food supply in crisis, development of advanced manufacturing and advanced materials. The goal of this planning phase is to identify which actors within the Värmland innovation system are relevant in the upcoming project.

Värmland chose to organize us in a virtual collaboration organization/platform with

the name Värmland Innovation Arena where we collaborate in new ways. First a strategic analysis and needs mapping with a focus on defense and civil preparedness, then strategic analysis and deepening within other innovation environments.

The insights and results are used to develop an outline of what the infrastructure might look like.
