Scale up of reagent production for the use in rapid diagnostics

Purpose and goal:

This project will help us to do process development of production of constituent components of our product. We will scale up the production of important reagents and evaluate the reagents after scaling up, and that we at the company will learn the processes and then bring this back to the company. After the project is completed, we plan to set up production in our own facilities, which will lead to more cost-effective diagnostics and new job opportunities.

Expected results and effects: Scaled-up production of components for our diagnostic test that we set up at the company. Evaluated production and ready for ISO certification of these components.

Own and evaluated production of these important components which leads to lower costs of our diagnostic test out to the customer. Approach and implementation: Production protocols are developed and tested on a small scale at the company with the support of the infrastructure.

Before a scale-up, a tech transfer is prepared together with the infrastructure and protocols are tested with the infrastructure. Production is scaled up with the infrastructure. The produced components are tested and verified at the company.

A plan for setting up scaled-up production at the company is set up together with a plan for iso-certification of the production.
