Purpose and goal:
The purpose of the project is to build a long-term collaboration with AstraZeneca to integrate MediTuner into the U.S. digital ecosystem. This partnership strengthens Sweden’s competitiveness in precision health and creates opportunities for MediTuner in the American market. The goal is to develop a broad implementation study in collaboration with various stakeholders, evaluating patient benefits, health economics, and reimbursement models.
Expected results and effects:
* Adapt MediTuner’s platform for the U.S. market by working closely with clinics to understand reimbursement codes and develop systems for monthly reports to insurers.
* Conduct pilot projects in the U.S. to demonstrate the solution’s effectiveness and establish a reference clinic as a model for new clinics. * Hopefully integrate with established platforms, connecting with clinics that are ready to digitize healthcare. Approach and implementation:
The first trip is planned to Slush, based in Helsinki, to participate internally in AstraZeneca´s health innovations that are worth sharing globally. This will be followed by trips to AstraZeneca´s offices in the USA to establish connections and conduct a pilot study in Minnesota, with the potential for future integration with the platform. IDTS Medical is initiating the pilot project and can identify reimbursement codes that are crucial for launching in the US.
