Stroke Alarm competence enhancement

Purpose and goal:

The project aims to evaluate selected export markets and establish trade agreements with distributors and or partners for the Uman Senses product Stroke Alarm.

Expected results and effects:

After the project, the selected export markets are evaluated, if the evaluation shows suitability, trade agreements are signed with distributor/s and or partners. First export order from distributor / partner is initiated. The contact network that the consultant has built up is handed over to Uman Sense.

Long-term effect is continuous sales of Stroke Alarm via distributor / partner in the selected markets.

Approach and implementation:

A consultant with knowledge of the selected markets is engaged.

1. Feasibility study/ needs analysis of partners in selected markets as well as analysis of market potential.

2. Selection process of partners

3. Negotiation of trade agreements and initiation of export orders

4. Submission of contact network and experiences and final report
