Agrotechology – prosperous agriculture in a learning and nourishing food system

Purpose and goal:

Welcome to the agriculture of the future, the crisis has happened, Sweden has since become self-supporting. We have a more sustainable and profitable agriculture - where data sharing has enabled a collective intelligent food system. Connecting perspectives: the cooperating nation, the co-creating bioregions, the smart farm and the well-being person.

The prototype explores system-level vulnerabilities and asks the question; where do we want to go? Challenging our thoughts about independence and alliance, control and freedom, transparency and security. Expected results and effects:

By placing ourselves in an alternative future, we want to question current structures and strategies, mobilize farmers as well as those in power around a more sustainable and innovative path towards the agriculture of the future.

We embody the system with the future prototype to be able to experience it from a human perspective - to raise questions and inspire dialogue. Approach and implementation:

Agrotechology explores data sharing and collaboration as both opportunity and vulnerability. A spatial design in a physical environment. With relevant actors and power holders within the food system as well as authorities and business, in our everyday life such as in the staff canteen, in the grocery store, in the office.

We link the future prototype to current events and discussions to create engagement, take leverage in, among other things, the work with the Food Strategy 2.0.
