Comprehensive approach to innovative rural municipal technology

The need to find other methods to carry out the projects has been investigated. The methodology was based on carrying out a service/function and innovation procurement where parts of the problem solution are left to the procured contractor.

All sub-goals, i.e. level of sustainability, including citizen democracy, security, innovation, responsibility and participation of entrepreneurs, infrastructure owners, land owners and road managers have been touched. All have developed positively during 2024.

Expertise has been contracted in 2024. Completion of the procedure will take place in the fall of 2024. A number of actors and the municipality have participated in dialogue. The municipality´s steering group for the project has met about 2 times a month and pushed the project forward with the contracting excellence as a strong expert support.

Regarding communication, the project has been made visible through a vision picture during the O-ring in 2024 when a section is moved in the current town of Rosenfors, Hultsfreds municipality.
