Purpose and goal: The project aimed to: 1. Develop sensor technology adapted for industrial partner - Completed

2. Pilot intercepted with technical eligibility requirements validated - Pilot in lab fulfilled with all eligibility requirements validated, external pilot planned 3. Commercial agreement signed with partner for scale-up - Agreement & funding proposed, now under negotiation Expected results and effects:

1. Technical development exceeded expectations during the project 2. Technical validation exceeded expectations given the early stage 3. The contract process has been positive but taking longer than expected

Outcomes include closing a convertible investment from business angels, proceeding further in the commercial process with partners, and attracting additional companies interested in and active in the investment/partnership process. Approach and implementation:

Setup and implementation were generally in line with expectations, except that we focused on a new partner that was prioritised given the high interest and significant resources. However, former partners are involved in the process and have placed an order for five sensors for the pilot.
