Our vision is that of Dig-It Lab being an internationally renowned, knowledge-intensive, and dynamic competence center, dedicated to contribute to solving challenges associated with sustainable industry and the built environment. The purpose is to reduce climate impact linked to the built environment through digitization and to enable industrialization of digitization, from.

By Q1 2024, center management core mechanisms have been set, and the groundwork for shared digital infrastructure and PhD themes has been initiated. In Q2 2024, the center is inaugurated, and work on the research agenda starts. Q3 2024 sees the launch of PhD exchange and other mobility plans. This groundwork paves the way for focusing on education, knowledge dissemination, and research in 2025 and beyond, coupled with a commitment to continuously improving the shared digital infrastructure.
