Network for lab-infrastructure for quantum technology

Purpose and goal:

To identify common needs of actors in the field of quantum technology (QT) to build national infrastructure that can support SMEs and other Swedish actors. The project has identified needs through interviews and studies of available infrastructure. The project´s objectives have been achieved and summarized in internal reports.

Expected results and effects:

Expected results are knowledge about infrastructure needs at Swedish SMEs and other organizations as well as suggestions on how these are met today or can be met in the future. The results from the investigations have been compiled in a set of project reports. The project has found answers to the questions we set out to answer.

Approach and implementation:

The project first compiled a list of actors within various categories. Interviews were then conducted with selected actors in various fields. The respondents´ answers were compiled in a report. This report was then used as a basis for analyzing which future systems need to be put in place to strengthen Svenska quantum technology industry. The project was managed through regular project meetings where the leaders of each work package participated.
