Pilot Digital Infrastructure CLL

The purpose of Pilot Digital Infrastruktur KLL was to explore the needs around the digital infrastructure for competence provision and lifelong learning. Primarily around the areas of the database need for collective training opportunities aimed at people in working life, handling of individual data from an authority´s and individual´s perspective, and semantics and taxonomy around KLL.

The goals around this have largely been fulfilled, or led to further project, collaborations and networking to work further with the area. Expected results and effects:

Results are presented in the form of links to the source code for the database and directory service we had as a testbed to test functionality. Also link to articles and other participating directory services. Other outcomes are user need-analytics, analysis/needs around handling individual data on a technical level (and relation to int standards).

Several nearby project have been helped by the analyzes in the project, and so also project that are in the starting pits. The project has also provided more contact surfaces between organisations, which will make things easier in the future. Approach and implementation:

The majority of the project has been an agile development project (based on standard scrum procedure) focusing on the different elements of the desired outcome. We have also focused on the creation of conversation and collaboration areas in order to be able to highlight needs and goals outside of the directly affected parties (see links for more reading).

There are lessons learned regarding initial planning, and how similar project could be set up in (the POC Digital Yrkesvägledning project has already piloted better initial project planning in this type of collaborative project).
