IP strategy for SAGA Diagnostics

Purpose and goal:

In this project we have had a solid inventory of our IP situation and also produced material in the form of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to be able to implement a better knowledge of IP issues in general in the company. This will enable us to capture more ideas and at an early stage know how to best manage them.

Approach and implementation:

The project began with a workshop between the company and Hoibergs to map othe company´s strategic innovations and business areas, continued in the autumn of 2021 with the development of a clear process that will facilitate decisions on patent, design or trademark protection. The project followed the steps outlines in the project application.
