The project has had a clear phase division, part 1 Analysis: identification and ownership issues Internally. Part 2 Strategic analysis, part 3 Development of strategy and plan for implementation. All three parts have added great value, first a clear picture of the current situation and the IP in the company, part 2 a picture of opportunities in the market and the competitive situation and finally the development of a strategy with clearly identified decision bases for implementation.
