Hagnesia´s ABC IP-analysis

Purpose and goal:

The project involved performing an ABC IPR analysis for Hagnesia AB and the technology that Hagnesia is developing. The work was carried out during the autumn by Louise Jonshammar and Martin Jansson from AWA patent, according to the offer that had been produced earlier. The outcome of the project was good, and we now have a more elaborate plan for dealing with intellectual property rights.

Expected results and effects:

The outcome of the project was good, and we now have a more elaborate plan for dealing with intellectual property rights. This is also documented in a report. More specifically, a review of the company´s business case has been made and the IPR situation around it (A), a strategic analysis has been performed where we have examined external parties´ possible impact on our IP situation (B) and finally the IPR strategy has been developed.

Approach and implementation:

The work has been carried out by performing parts A, B and C in consecutive order. AWA patents have done most of the work, where a number of workshops with Hagnesia have been held to sort out issues that have arisen. The final delivery has taken place in a final report, where the IPR strategy is documented.
