IP strategy Doremir Music Research

Purpose and goal:

The goal of the project was to develop an IP strategy for Doremir Music Research AB, which is also the actual outcome of the project. Expected results and effects:

The IP-strategy revealed certain important areas that Doremir has to take action on, regarding eg brand protections, updating and consolidating the IP registry etc. The work within these areas has already begun, updating the registry and application for brand protection. This will hopefully lead to better monetization of the company´s IP assets.

Approach and implementation:

Groth & Co offered a structured and competent consulting support for the development of the IP strategy, which built directly upon the documentation provided by Doremir. The structure included several workshops, interim reports in towards the development of the final strategy
