Purpose and goal:

The program has helped to validate the suitability of the company´s product, market needs and business model as well as the ability to scale globally, which was the purpose of the program. The company has also met the goals of the program by preparing for both global expansion and the opportunity to receive investment from the United States.

Expected results and effects:

During the program, the need and willingness to pay for the company´s product on the global market has been validated by a number of different experts and potential users. The communication of the company´s value proposition has also been simplified to make it easier to reach selected target groups.

Approach and implementation:

The program consisted of both joint sessions and individual coaching meetings as well as thematic workshops. The program was largely designed for each individual company to address the companies´ unique situation and challenges. Each interaction contributed to fulfilling the aim and objective and between the meetings the company was given tasks to complete.

The structure of the work was largely based on a Playbook that was produced in advance and where much of the work was documented. At the end of the program, an external panel of investors provided general feedback on the company.
