INDTECH & ELECTRIFICATION TALENT ATTRACTION

Collaboration with established companies and networks in Silicon Valley; identify and validate success factors and components needed to roll out a concept to other geographic areas. The goal is to increase technical and business-related competence in industrial technology (IndTech) with a focus on sustainable production and electrification in Sweden. In the long term, the project is supposed to position Sweden as a leading nation within IndTech.

Contribute to establishing an attractive innovation environment for IndTech and electrification, energy and mobility that positions Sweden as a leading nation in the area that attracts foreign companies and expertise to establish itself in Sweden and invest in Swedish companies. Approach and implementation:

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Identify and qualify 20 companies through established local networks in Silicon Valley and Sweden. Implement a ”Design Thinking”-process with 20 companies.

Support the establishment of at least 5 companies from Silicon Valley where the need for support and matching takes place in aim to identify the right activities that can facilitate establishment and new collaborations with Swedish companies.

Act as a recipient organization for at least 3 qualified companies as a results of activities within the framework of the project´s efforts.
