TINC Virtual

Purpose and goal:

Moblrn joined the TINC Virtual Program to verify and develop its hypothesis on how the company could eneter into a growth stage. We joined 12 works shops and 12 mentor sessions during the program. Through these sessions we gained new insight that has improved our strategies going forward Expected results and effects:

We brought with us 7 hypothesis into the program. Each of them we could dive into together with our mentors. All these hypothesis was related to go-to-market, product development and international expansion. Our paths to growth has been more clear during the program something that hopefully will bring us in the the scaling phase earlier.

Approach and implementation:

The program was runed over 4 weeks with 3 workshops every week. We also had access to highly qualified mentors that could support us on very company specific challenges. We are in the middle of a growth strategy project and the insights and findings from TINC will have significant value into this process.
