Purpose and goal:
The aim of the project was to synthesizee chemically modified oligonucleotides that are sensitive to stimuli like alkaline phosphatase and esterase. We have developed esterase-sensitive drug-siRNA conjugates and alkaline-sensitive chemically modified siRNA and DisiRNA. Expected results and effects: All our siRNAs are functional in invitro condition tested and the results will be published in due course.
Approach and implementation:
As designed several chemically modified oligonucleotides which are responsive to stimuli responsive were synthesized and successfully decortaed with drug nanoparticles.A systematic characterization and their funtional properties has been studied.
