Purpose and goal:
VägledningVINTER has been an applied research project with aim of supporting Vinnova´s effort VINTER. The project has been carried out in parallel with VINTER and partly included proactive activities, partly reactive activities to support the implementation of VINTER. Expected results and effects:
VägledningVINTER has generated both knowledge and concepts to coordinate innovation competitions. The knowledge is documented in research articles and through a video-recorded training module where Guidance WINTER is used as an illustrative case. Konceptet VINTER Meet&Match has also been developed and evaluated in terms of relevance for participants.
Approach and implementation:
VägledningVINTER has in parallel followed VINTER, to provide both productive and reactive efforts to support the competition in VINTER. The cooperation between the projects has generally worked well, however, for future efforts, a lesson learned is that constant and regular representation from the guiding project needs to be established in the project being guided (t.ex. steering och project group).
In this way, efforts can be identified early on and proposals from the guiding project can be effectively adapted so that it fits the competition efforts within the guided project.
