AI-based Support Tool for Speech Therapy

Purpose and goal:

VoiceDiagnostic develops a digital tool for voice therapy and voice training. Aim and objective during the project was to strengthen product and market development, investigate intellectual property rights, strengthen the team with a CTO, and raise an investment.

We met the goals by further developing an iOS app, and through networking activities, voice therapists, patients and individuals were recruited to participate in beta testing of the app. The IP landscape was investigated. The team grew with a CTO and a developer. The company also secured an investment.

During the project, a voice training app was further developed which voice therapists, patients and private individuals beta tested. Their participation and feedback meant that we could, and can continue to, iterate and improve the product, business and value proposition further.

Through market research and business simulations, we have created a strategy for marketing and sales, as well as further product development. We now have clearer plans for product launches for both preventive voice training and voice therapy in healthcare. Approach and implementation:

The project followed the original plan of business development and product development activities well. The network of potential users and customers was expanded early in the project, which provided good feedback and input for further development and iteration of our app.

During our business development, we found additional opportunities to become a player in preventive voice training, which is why we chose to explore that market and define possible customer groups further. Through this, we have created a value in the company that is supported by investors.
