Skrym launch

Purpose and goal:

The purpose of our participation in Step 2 was to prepare us for going to market. Skrym successfully developed a frontend visualization tool, automated ETL tasks, built an environmental module and conducted a launch. In summary, the project enabled us to get to a go-to-market phase. Expected results and effects:

The project achieved the majority of the performance targets that were set, but has not yet led to concrete emission reductions, as these will be achieved by bringing the solution to market. Approach and implementation:

The approach worked well for the project goals that were defined, which is noticeable in that all but one of the goals were achieved. The implementation was more focused than in step 1 when we as an organization learned more about setting realistic time frames.
