The result is as expected with the interesting development of the business model that we will build an exchange that integrates with other existing share book services (regardless of technical standard, quality, security) to avoid creating a forced registration. This has been well received by the bank (one of the large Swedish commercial banks) we have a deeper dialogue with.

The technology part has gone more smoothly than planned with two versions of our POC based on the blockchain (HyperLedger) as well as integration with Bolagsverkets API.

What has taken longer than planned is finding the right people at the banks. This work has taken a long time as roles and responsibilities for this type of service are scattered and not clear. All the contact persons we have spoken to have shown interest and need for the service, and in the final phase of the project we have carried out important presentations with upcoming meetings.
