Business Models for future autonomous food deliveries

The goal was to develop possible business models together with Coop and Foodora, which was done. The results were different models that are realistic for the business that Foodora and Coop are conducting today and oportunities they will likly focus on in the future. Approach and implementation:

We have worked remotely with some physical meetings. All meetings with Foodora took place remotely, but with Coop, physical meetings, physical workshops and tests were done in their store. Everyone is very keen to find opportunities in autonomous deliveries.
