More efficient and sustainable batteries Prototype development of new analysis software

Purpose and goal:

Compular was founded with the vision to bring material development into the digital age. This project aimed to develop the software prototype that is considered necessary to achieve the goal of entering into at least one pilot project. The goal was fully met through the completion of commercial pilot projects with a large Swedish battery company and a French battery development company.

Expected results and effects:

The result of the project consisted mainly of the development of a prototype which, with a certain amount of manual work, enables the demonstration of Compular´s solution and advantages. Two sharp pilot projects provided increased validation of technology benefits and customer-specific business model hypotheses. The effects in the form of clarified customer value and demand-driven development are expected to continue after the project.

Approach and implementation:

The project consisted of development of database integration, development of a GUI and verification / validation efforts. By taking advantage of consulting services for the development of parts that do not belong to the team´s core competency resources could be utilized in an optimal way and enable good results- and goal achievements.
