Purpose and goal:
The purpose of the project was to develop Business & Dreams´ business model. The goal was to validate which channels work best in order to reach Business & Dreams´ target group.
Vinnova´s financing has been used to systematically test and analyze various market channels. Experiments have been conducted on social platforms, which has given us valuable insights.
We achieved the goal of the project to validate which channels that work best in order to reach Business & Dreams´ target group. Expected results and effects:
The outcome of the project showed that e.g. Instagram and Facebook are more effective than LinkedIn within social media channels for paid marketing.
Furthermore, customer surveys showed that networking with other members has greater value for customers than the educational aspect.
With the help of the results, the project showed that Business & Dreams can effectively reach its target group in a cost-effective way. The company will therefore scale up this approach to acquire new customers. Approach and implementation: The project has been executed according to the plan. 1) Compilation of data from existing and potential customers regarding value proposition
2) Design of a plan for marketing experiments and updates of the website based on the compiled data 3) Production of content to market 4) Implementation of experiments on various social media platforms 5) Analyze of results 6) Preparation of a marketing plan and presentation materials
