Cruitmed

Purpose and goal:

Cruitmed is a plattform where healthcare-workers can compare their employers and get automatically matched with healthcare providers for job vacancies. The objective of the project was to further develop our automised matchingsystem for hiring healthcare staff and launch the system towards a select group of users (healthcare staff and healthcare providers) to further extensively validate the new functions of the system and generate feedback for adjustment and further development, which has been accomplished in large extent with good results.

Expected results and effects:

The expected result of the project was the launch of our automated matchingsystem towards a select group of users (healthcare staff and healthcare providers) to validate the function of the system and the effect on the hiring process in the healthcare sector, which has been achieved in good extent. Approach and implementation:

The further development of our plattform has been performed in closeness to our userbase and in close collaboration with our customers and has thus in an iterative manner contributed to building a solution that covers our users/customers needs and contributes to more effective hiring-processes in the healthcare system.
