Purpose and goal: The purpose of the project was to make evity.hr ready for: - To continue iterating evity.hr to create more value for our customers. - Reaching our customer group with the right message, channel, price and go to market strategy. - Raising capital to take us to scaleup phase

The project´s objective was to develop a prototype with powerful automation and data collection as well as a scalable business model and go to market strategy.

We have succeeded in achieving the goals of the project and feel ready to start processing both our market and start dialogues regarding external capital. Expected results and effects: The result of the project is: - A working prototype. The effect is that we will now continue to develop Evity with the help of feedback from our pilot and future customers.

The effect is that we now know in a structured way of working which customers we should contact and how we should charge them. Approach and implementation:

We built the prototype together with our 3 pilot customers to get their feedback on functions and flows. The consultants joined the project a little later than planned due to it being better suited in June-August instead of May. It was the right decision to bring in the consultants to ensure quality in processes and development.

After the evaluation with our pilot customers, we did research through conversations and best practice in pricing strategy and business models that were tested against our target group with good results and 13 new customers.
