Fluent - a flexible workspace on a graph database for distributed teams

Purpose and goal:

The purpose of the project was to produce a first version of the product that can be tested, as well as collect data from potential customers for further development and launch. We have done this and now have a beta version ready for testing. Expected results and effects:

The result of the project is that the first version of our product is now ready for external testing at the end of the project and we have two primary target groups where we have a deep customer understanding. Approach and implementation: According to plan, we divided the project into the following parts:

- Project management - Specification of version 1.0 of Fluent - Technical development of Fluent - User testing of Fluent Planning and further development.

We have been able to follow this plan and have naturally spent the most time on the technical development of Fluent. The team has been able to maintain a high level of commitment through regular dialogue throughout the project.
