Digitized economic planning for entrepreneurs.

Purpose and goal:

1. Improve UX in Ägaranalys to level out the learning curve for new users. Through a more streamlined customer journey (interface), integrations with data providers, improved algorithms and virtual help sections.

2. Created value chain between accounting firm, software, insurance company and the entrepreneur in order to help entreprenuers better understand their economic plans.

3. Create marketing to reach more customers and create awareness among entrepreneurs around Ägaranalys and that it helps entrepreneurs to be tax efficient, save smart and protect wisely. Expected results and effects:

We´ve received appreciation and praise from existing customers for the improved user experience and the new algorithms, which has led to more than a doubling of SaaS-licenses in current client base. Marketing material has improved brand awareness for Your Company and Owner Analysis.

The client-/collaboration agreement with SPP enables accounting firms to add additional value to their customer relationship, as proactive advice is increasingly in demand in the wake of the digitalisation of traditional accounting services. Approach and implementation:

The improvement in UX and algorithms has mainly occured organically within Your Company. The analysis of the insurance adviser´s and the accounting consultant´s respective customer meeting has been workshopped in collaboration with IBM and our two largest customers Grant Thornton and IBM. Creation of a new website, onboarding- and commercial videos was developed with the help of our external board members as well as externally with a digital advertising agency and a contracted web designer. New customers have been added both through own sales and through resellers Björn Lundén AB.
