Enable fast decision making and operative processes with compiled and visualized data from Amazon

Purpose and goal:

Our aim and objective has been to develop a product to be able to analyze data from Amazon´s platform and then use this data as a basis for important business decisions. The project´s objective has been achieved in such a way that we have a first prototype of a product that meets this. However, there are some technical and data security parts left to solve before it is ready to be commercialized.

Expected results and effects:

As expected, the expected effects of being able to manage, summarize and review important data from Amazon lead to simplification and streamlining of decision-making. This frees up time for the user and allows them to quickly form an idea of their business status on Amazon. Approach and implementation:

The first step involved detailed work to understand and get an overview of all the data that Amazon provides. Then, in step two, a time-consuming investigation and planning was initiated of how we can best create the necessary key figures, KPI:s and information of value. Step three involved technical work with linking databases and visualization tools. Finally, the product was tested.
