Digital leadership by PQM® - management for the future

Purpose and goal:

The project aimed to verify customer groups and business models and develop the technology in the platform to ensure eligibility requirements in accordance with GDPR and data security. Expected results and effects:

We now have a platform that has better security and routines that comply with the GDPR. The PQM® platform is ready for an expansion of customers and users.

The project would also expand our knowledge of customer groups and the business model. We have gained new pilot customers and a lot of knowledge about how we will work with our marketing in the future. Approach and implementation:

In the project, we have worked with internal resources as well as external parties in programming, marketing, sales, and legal knowledge. We have also used students from both Högskolan Väst and IHM Business School as resources both in data security but mainly in marketing and sales.

It has been intensive work and there have been difficulties in getting a pilot agreement signed with new customers. All meetings have been online, which has meant that it has been difficult to get decisions from potential customers.
