Purpose and goal:
The goal of the project was to adapt the existing DYAMO service to the new customer segment highschool, which was fulfilled.
With the help of the data we received from the project, we will be able to continue to develop and launch DYAMO for highschool. Expected results and effects: The project collected data that led to further development of: - DYAMO app - The matching system for matching between student and mentor. - The mentor education.
The data from the customer analysis that was carried out in the project led to a better customer knowledge. Approach and implementation: Collaboration began with pilot high school. Test and optimization of matching systems:
Scenario tests with different layouts based on various parameters were performed. The analysis shows that adjustments in the matching system were needed, which led to improvements. Test and optimization of the DYAMO game: New missions in the game are developed and keys are replaced with coins. Different methods for data collection were tested.
Method for conveying aggregate data to customer was optimized. Technical further development of DYAMO APP was made based on user feedback.
