Insights 2021

Purpose and goal:

Insights 2021 was an ambitious project to improve the customer experience for users of the 360° feedback app Insights For You. The three work packages Individual Feedback (1), the Organization´s analysis tool (2) and Integration with external partners (3) all delivered concrete value and improved the service, developed the company´s processes and clarified and concretized the business model.

Expected results and effects:

The combined effects of the project´s three work packages have delivered concrete value, both in the form of increased internal know-how and direct improvement of the app and for the users. These effects have, already during the final phase of the project period, led to agreements being signed with a number of new customers. It has also meant improved customer insight and expanded knowledge base to continue the development of the app in step 2 of Innovative Startups.

Approach and implementation:

The project was planned and run by key people within Insights For You. The project manager had the main responsibility for the project´s resource needs and progress. The external IT developer was involved at an early stage as a sparring partner regarding planned development and to be able to plan the concrete development work.

Two pilot customers were engaged as a sounding board for development and testing to ensure maximum customer value, as well as to be able to adjust details on the fly. In summary, the project was carried out successfully and with minor adjustments.
