Propida to the market

Purpose and goal:

The purpose of the Vinnova project was to test, validate and continue to develop Propida´s features towards the intended target group in an iterative process. Based on the pilot project carried out with customers, we can state that the platform creates value for customers, and Propida has also received good guidance on how to continuously develop the platform.

Expected results and effects:

Thanks to the Vinnova project, Propida has succeeded in creating a user-friendly first beta version that is developed according to Propida´s target group. The project has also contributed to us being able to state that integrations will in the future become a very important part of Propida´s value offering to customers. During the project, we have begun a dialogue about a number of collaborations with existing solutions on the market.

Within the framework of the project, we have been investigating pricing and also established the hypothesis we had about pricing. Approach and implementation:

1. Implement three pilot projects - One pilot project has been implemented. Pilot agreement has been signed. Features tested. Hypothesis of pricing not only developed but also ensured.

2. Evaluate opportunities for integration with other systems - Yes, started dialogue on collaboration with three different companies. There is a plan for continued dialogue.

3. Development - Yes, has taken place in an iterative process with a pilot customer. Features have been developed and there is also a basis for further suggestions for improvements from users.
