Develop BRIM Prototype

Purpose and goal: Brim (Brand + Impact) is world´s first brand-powered impact platform.

Our mission is to channel more than half a trillion dollars that brands spend each year on advertising to making the world a better place: by using this money to fund impact initiatives across all 17 SDGs. With Vinnova´s funding we have developed the BRIM Prototype as follows: - MVP specs - May 2021

- MVP Development - June-Aug 2021 - MVP Testing & Launch Preparation - Sep 2021 During the MVP development, we engaged with the three groups: Brands, Consumers, Impact Sector. Next step is to launch & locate growth funding for BRIM. Expected results and effects: Through BRIM, the long term mission/effects are:

1- Help brands leave the hard-sell advertising tactics and adopt meaningful branding 2- Engage brands, consumers, and impact sector in creating impact initiatives 3- Fund impact sector through the money that is already used in advertising This project "Utveckla BRIM Prototype" was the first step to get us closer to our mission:

1- MVP is developed. 2- Testing is continuing with all three user groups. 3- We have a clear launch strategy. We are now working on our pre-seed pitch and BRIM launch to make this big change in Brands + Impact sector. Approach and implementation: The following have been completed:

1- Finalize MVP Specs May 2021: external consultants were engaged in giving final shape to the UX-UI and mobile app specifications and technical roadmap

2- Develop the MVP in June-August 2021: the final UX-UI was handed over to an app development company outside Sweden to minimize costs. 3- Testing & Finalization September 2021: the developed MVP was tested with users changes have been incorporated.

Testing and launch preparation continue to happen till the time we get additional funding for launch and global expansion. We are finding collaborations.
